'This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. We will be returning. '

'It was a nice hotel, in the middel of french quarter. The only thing which is negative is that we had no hot water in the shower. We asked to solve it but at our day of leaving it was not solved. Lets put the fact that it was decandance weekend there was no repair men available……'

'We've been visiting New Orleans for Southern Decadence (Labor Day) for 25+ years.
We've stayed all over, stayed at favorites that had to close due to death or economy.

'The staff was very cordial, very helpful when I asked about getting a hairdresser nearby. The check in staff took the initiative to look for one online and I was able to get an appointment shortly afterwards. I would have liked for there to be a closer smoking section outside the hotel room. Would recommend for convenience. '

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton.
They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away.
1) There was no roomservice
2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel.
3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it so my valuables weren't safe. I had to call...

'Everything was amazing, the staff, the rooms, comfy beds, beautiful designs, etc… when we arrived at 5 am, many hours before our check in time, the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful by giving us a room early since we were so tired and needed rest after our long travels. It’s a wonderful, luxurious hotel. Highly recommend! '
