'The location is outstanding- especially with the streetcar right outside. It was very easy to get between all the places we wanted to go, least of which was the Quarter. The size of the house was perfect for our group which included an infant and a tween. Unfortunately, there is only dining seating for 4 (in a rental that sleeps 8), not a single hook or towel bar in any of the bathrooms, and the kitchen was missing some needed items like potholders. 'Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

'Location convenient by cab or uber to everything. Room was clean and staff very friendly. A low key type of vibe— not big chain , no extra fees etc. . No tv in room no frig and no maid service during our 4 day stay. We were able to take towels down to lobby for fresh ones. Recommended for a no frills out of the main action type of spot. We would stay there again'
