'The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard.
All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems.
The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required.
Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans'

'We enjoyed our stay at The Higgins. John at the front desk was especially helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a 1940’s style throughout with many interesting details. Parking is pricey ($50) but having the car in a garage felt safer than one of the many nearby parking lots. Hotel guests can make use of the garage until 5pm on day of checkout which we found convenient. We were able to check in before Noon the day of our stay -always a plus! Room was beautiful. 'The staff was very cordial, very helpful when I asked about getting a hairdresser nearby. The check in staff took the initiative to look for one online and I was able to get an appointment shortly afterwards. I would have liked for there to be a closer smoking section outside the hotel room. Would recommend for convenience. '

'Great spot to be at, really close to the trolleys, best is a 15min leisurely walk to the the French Quarters, but far enough away to get a good night rest, breakfast is also really good at this place, when booking include breakfast.'

'Everything was amazing, the staff, the rooms, comfy beds, beautiful designs, etc… when we arrived at 5 am, many hours before our check in time, the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful by giving us a room early since we were so tired and needed rest after our long travels. It’s a wonderful, luxurious hotel. Highly recommend! '

They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away.

"The room had a decent size. The shower was horrible, absolutely no water pressure at all.
