'The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay.'

'It was our second time of staying in the hotel. It’s very close to Verona for a very affordable price. The rooms are quite large as well. However, the hotel looks a bit outdated and the noise isolation is very had. We could overhear people laughing and talking in the corridor, which was very upsetting in the early morning.
