'Staff was very friendly and helpful. And i know that the hotel cannot do anything about it. But the surroundings and area are not very safe feeling.
The hotel is in a small house with the window next to the road. Also the hallway is quite noisy in the evening and morning. Honestly for one night its a fine hotel! With a proper room.

"Except from location, everything was a positive surprise for us. Cleanliness, perfect breakfast (1 free!), very helpfull staff, good bed and okay bathroom (small shower).
As mentioned, we knew before booking, all that is a minus is the distance to city center. Citybus available, but should be plannend well.

Frontdesk Service: terrible and dangerously irresponsible. You must sign up 1h before to get the free shuttle to the center. But they sign up too many people and then force everyone to cram 9 people into a 7-person can. The lobby people and the driver yell hysterically at each other and at us. There arent enough seatbelts for everyone. No one cares. If you complain you are yelled at or they show you contempt.
When you check out and ask them to order you a taxi they refuse to because too many people are already waiting for taxis. The walk to and from the train station is extremely dangerous as it’s a very narrow one for motorcycles, bikes and pedestrians hauling huge bags.
Pros: the housekeeping cleaner was extremely nice and attentive! The breakfast ladies also made an effort.
