The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They gave my daughter and I, a face mask one evening. On our way out, they treated us to a goodie bag with water and cookies for our journey out. I definitely recommend and will stay there again. '

Frontdesk Service: terrible and dangerously irresponsible. You must sign up 1h before to get the free shuttle to the center. But they sign up too many people and then force everyone to cram 9 people into a 7-person can. The lobby people and the driver yell hysterically at each other and at us. There arent enough seatbelts for everyone. No one cares. If you complain you are yelled at or they show you contempt.
When you check out and ask them to order you a taxi they refuse to because too many people are already waiting for taxis. The walk to and from the train station is extremely dangerous as it’s a very narrow one for motorcycles, bikes and pedestrians hauling huge bags.
Pros: the housekeeping cleaner was extremely nice and attentive! The breakfast ladies also made an effort.
The shower is often not hit enough.
