'This property is absolutely GROSS!! Thank goodness I keep a can of Lysol disinfectant spray with me in my van because my room screamed GERMS everywhere’s!! This hotels inside looked like something out of the 1970s. With all original furnishings from the 1970s. VERY OLD AND OUTDATED ALL THROUGHOUT THIS HOTEL. Although the hotel was nasty and ran down looking both inside and out. Their hotel clerk there was SUPER nice!! Overall, just a nasty hotel.'

'The room was spacious, it is a good location for visiting kings Island. I like there is a nightlight in the bathroom. The room was quiet, no highway noise.'

'Pool was nice...the first front desk person was nice when checking in but after that staff was kinda rude... breakfast wasn't great then have someone watching you eat and can't eat in room was very uncomfortable...would not take there again...but it was close to king Island'

'I loved the breakfast and the proximity to Kings Island. The ladies on staff that I spoke with were very kind. It is a motel, not a hotel- which was absolutely fine for me, but I wasn't clear about when I was booking. Also, we booked a double queen room and received a king, accessible room. This was fine for my son and I, but not what we booked or expected. Also, the toilet seat was not the same shape as the bowl and was not securely affixed- a minor discomfort, but something I certainly noticed...
