'The rustic cabin is sooooo cute. It was giving me Virgin River vibes. But I think the mattresses need an update I did not have the best night sleep. And I never received the email with the code to get in so I had to call but they were very helpful over the phone with the code and WiFi password. '

'The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location to get to the Franconia attractions. We would have liked some better quality pans in the kitchen and pillows in the bedroom, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.'

'Very comfortable for humans and dogs slike!'

'We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again.'

'Great stay. Roomy. Nice location.'

'This was a great house to stay at for our purposes, which was skiing at Cannon. Nice and close! Also pet friendly, which was hugely important to us. It’s a little inconvenient that there is no exit to the outside from the main floor. Property was clean, comfortable, good spot, quiet, and perfect proximity to the mountain.'

'Beautiful property great location on the river and back porch was great to sit out on, inside was clean and open well stocked kitchen. The kids had a great time playing in the river and catching small fish with their nets'

'Great communication and quick resolution of maintenance issues with host. Very convenient location to both downtown Bethlehem and Littleton. You are close to 302 though, so can hear car/truck traffic from the house. Due to steep stairs and minimal railing on deck, just a warning if you are booking for a family with toddlers or younger.'
