'Quite unusual '

'It is an older hotel so its not perfect. That being said, the pool area was great, breakfast was good, it was quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!'

'The power was out at the hotel, but the front desk manager did an amazing job getting our group and another group into our rooms. He was running all over the hotel making sure rooms were vacant and clean then letting us into the rooms with his master key. That guy deserves a raise or a bonus! I can't really comment on the cleanliness, amentities or anything else because we couldn't see anything without a flashlight, but it seemed like a well kept hotel. '

'The staff were very friendly and attentive to any need we might have had. Enjoyed the happy hour offer this was an unexpected surprise that we enjoyed. Overall had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.'

'I have stayed in a lot of hotels, even other Red Roof Inn's hit this by far was the absolute worse one. I asked for joining rooms, didn’t get it. The front entrance area smelled awful. The front girl was nice but that was it. Here's a list of just some things wrong with this hotel: 1. Rooms were completely disgusting. We switched rooms because of dirtiness all to get even another dirty two rooms. They smelled of mold. I went to the store and got bleach to wipe things down. It did nit help....

'The property cancelled my reservation without even notifying me! I had to stay with friends due to not being able to book another hotel in the area because of high demand.'

'Booked for weekend, power went out 2 hrs after we checked in. Did not come back on. But hotel had power for elevator and computer to charge our credit card. No lights, no hot water and no food. But still they charged us. Asked for a refund, they offered minimal points, I ask them to comp our room, they would not'

'The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. '

'Charging $2.50 for a 12 oz coffee then $10 a night to park seemed a bit much. '

'Need new windows that are more sound proof. Could here the noise from the highway.'

'Power outage stopped us from checking in. Even though the whole lobby had electricity, the cooler, the computer could pull up the reservation and ALL the lights were on. I can’t review the room, pool or even staff but it was a poor experience. Will take my refund pay more to stay somewhere else.'

'The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio...
