'Great hotel near the Singapore river where you can find many restaurants but that you can also follow for a nice walk or run. Also Chinatown is close by as is the MRT (public transport). 'Hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and MRT stop. Breakfast was amazing offering as was room service. Only disappointment, phone handset did not work and fridge not working. The latter we were told by maintenance was not there to cool but only to chill. It did neither nor did it get replaced as he promised. For almost $500AUD per night we expect better.'

'A very pleasant hotel in a really good location. The staff were friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough to help. The room was decent , in an authentic and quiet area, yet still very well connected and close to the city center . The best thing tho was the pool (open till 2200!) which was perfect for cooling off after a long, sweaty day in Singapore. Negatives? The hotel does NOT offer breakfast just breakfast vouchers to be used either at BBB ( a local cafe with a decent range of breakfast...
