Battle Ground Vakantiehuis

Ruim en nieuw bijgewerkt mooi huis in het hart van Battle Ground! In dit huis kan een gezin slapen of een groot feest van meerdere generaties met 17 bedden en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Hoofdniveau is apart gezet voor entertainment en gezelligheid met grote keuken, eethoek, formeel dineren, half bad, kantoor met dagbed en onderschuifbed, en twee woonkamers. Grote kamer is ideaal voor muziekliefhebbers en gezelligheid rond de open haard en de woonkamer toont een professionele pooltafel en een grote flatscreen-tv met gameconsole.

Tweede niveau heeft 2 koning en 2 koningin kamers, wasruimte en 2 badkamers. De master bedroom biedt een prachtig territoriaal uitzicht met een comfortabel California King bed voor langere gasten. Het beschikt over een grote inloopkast met een raam en een extra grote stoel en pack and play. De standaard kingsize slaapkamer is uitgerust met een Tempur-Pedic-matras.

Daglicht kelder is een perfect toevluchtsoord voor alle kinderen en tieners met een eigen ligbad. Grote slaapkamer 9 personen op meerdere stapelbedden (2 volledige, 5 tweelingen en 2 dubbele onderschuifbedden). Woonkamer kan worden gebruikt als een andere kamer met 2 queensize slaapbanken, tv-kamer of een speelkamer met tweede spelcomputer, tafelvoetbaltafel, een tweede grote koelkast en popcornmaker voor filmavonden. Hardhouten vloeren en aangepaste kroonlijst overal!

Huis is overspannen met een omhullende veranda en een ruime volledig omheinde achtertuin. Kinderen kunnen genieten van jungle gym tijd en volwassenen kunnen BBQ (gas of houtskool) op het dek of stille tijd bij de vuurplaats op de binnenplaats. House is weggestopt in chique, rustige buurt op loopafstand van Old Town Battle Ground Main Street, een hub voor vintage winkels en lokale restaurants. 10 minuten naar Battle Ground Lake en Lewisville Park; 20 minuten naar Ilani Casino, Clark County Event Center en Fairgrounds; 15 minuten van Lucia Falls en Pomeroy Farms; 20 minuten van Multnomah Falls, Fort Vancouver, Officer's Row en Pearson Air Museum; en 30 minuten naar PDX en het centrum van Portland. Andere nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden zijn onder andere Lilac Gardens, Ridgefield Arboretum, Ape Caves, the Gorge, Vista House Museum, Rooster Rock, Multnomah Falls, Mount St. Helens, Pittock Mansion, om er maar een paar te noemen.

This is our 2nd year staying here, each time the house has been a fantastic place to catch up and unwind. Great amenities, great price. There were also signs of maintenance between our stays so the host is making sure the property is kept up to date and in repair

Comfortable with lots of space!

The house was just what I needed to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends! The beds are comfortable, there's space to spread out or be together in one area, and it had all everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The only areas for improvement are that the bunk room's door to the outside did not lock and the master bathroom shower was quite slow to drain. But, those are easy fixes and didn't inhibit our good time.

Perfect House for a Family Reunion

This house was a great setting for our family reunion. We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for 20 in the kitchen and had almost everything we needed (with the small exception of measuring cups). The host was easy to communicate with and almost everything was as we expected. Our only disappointment was that there was not a hot tub (I think the listing is referring to the master bedroom jacuzzi).

Great family Thanksgiving

This was such a good fit for our large family gathering. With nine adults and nine children, there were enough bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and living area to accommodate us all! It was rainy so we didn’t get to spend much time outside, but we never felt cramped for space. Thankful for the good messaging with host also.

Perfect Stay in Washington

This house was an amazing property for us plus all the family and friends we had come from California for our wedding. We had a small wedding in the Columbia River Gorge and this house was the perfect place to get ready. So many windows with natural light and absolutely breathtaking views of the sunset. We had 20 people staying in the house with plenty of room. The room in the basement was named ‘Science Camp’ because all of my childhood friends stayed in there together and it was just like being a kid and having a sleepover again, which we all absolutely LOVED! Me and my now husband drove from California but needed to pick up a few people from the airport so the owner let us unload our car into the backyard while the cleaners finished up so I could go grab them from Portland! They were very accommodating and even let us into the house before the designated check-in time since the cleaners finished early. I was able to easily contact the owner with any questions I had and they got back to me promptly! I highly recommend this property! 5 ⭐️

Great floor plan

The size and layout of the house was wonderful for a 3 generation family reunion. 4 private bedrooms upstairs with 2 large bathrooms. Great dormitory bunk room downstairs with full bath. It was very disappointing that the Master bath jacuzzi didn't work. Wonderfully large open kitchen. Good for group cooking and/or visiting with the chef. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pantry items. Dining room table held 12 for dinner and the games that were provided. Absence of rugs and drapes made it loud even with adults. There was some exterior maintenance needed on front fence and gates. The back patio was nice but very uneven. I had brought my own sheet music but the piano was practically useless it was so badly in need of a tuning. The back yard had nice children's toys and we enjoyed watching the native bunny graze on the lawn. We also made s'mores over the firepit. Add on fees were shockingly high and I think the damage deposit was excessive.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a blast at this house, it was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space and many bedrooms so we could spread out. The bunk room was especially fun for the kiddos. There was an entire closet full of toys and games for the kids, Nintendo, and a big back yard with a playground. Inna was a wonderful host, we forgot a child's tablet and she helped us recover it right away. We will definitely be back anytime we come visit our large family in Battleground!

Perfect Place for Family Union

The space is superb, inside and out. We had 9 adults and 12 children and never felt we were on top of each other. Kitchen is large and well equipped for a group who likes to cook. The airplane structure in the backyard was a hit with the grandkids. Everyone loved learning how to play pool. We were at first disappointed that there was not a hot tub, but in the end we did fine without one. Surprisingly, it worked well to have all the grandkids sleep somewhere in the basement. We would go back

We were a group of 20 in town for a volleyball tournament. The teens loved the downstairs for their own space. The beds were comfy. House very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Inna was helpful and responsive and allowed us an early check in to avoid rush hour. Highly recommend!

Huge Beautiful Property

We had an incredible stay at Inna’s home! Huge property, great fenced yard, furnished with character and a well supplied kitchen, although if you’re coffee fiends like us you may want to bring a 2nd coffee maker. Highly recommended for family gatherings or reunions. My only caveat would be you should be aware one of the 7 bedrooms isn’t a private room with a door, it’s a tv/den room with two pullout couch beds. It’s comfy and spacious, but anyone staying in the bunk room will need to walk through this space. Overall an incredible home. We've been having these annual gatherings for years and have never stayed at the same home twice due to one issue or another, we'll definitely be coming back here next year!
