'I had a lovely stay here and can highly recommend this property. The location worked well for me, the house was comfortable and calming, the fire pit looked fun for next time, and the hot tub was heaven. My niece ended up staying with me last minute, and she loved having the upstairs as her mini suite. My hosts were ideal - they checked in as needed and were available but also gave privacy. '

'The main bedroom was good, but the second room was not convenient. There was no bedside table or a place to set a glass of water or light. A simple rearrangement of the room could fix this. Also, the mattress was worn out, and the springs were very noisy. Rolling over in bed was loud and annoying. Would have appreciated knowing one sink for kitchen and none in the bath before renting.'

'This was the cleanest and most comfortable lodging I have stayed at in a long time. It was perfect for 6 nights of recovery from out-patient surgery. The kitchen was well equipped, there were enough towels and toilet paper for our stay (even tissue boxes!} and the beds and bedding very comfortable (all of the above is rare in VRBO's in my experience). 'Vicky is a wonderful host. The clean apartment is furnished with an eye for details and has a separate bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining room. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The large deck has a nice view of Portland. The apartment is located in one of the better areas of Portland. It is a 40 minute walk to the center. There is also a bus. In short, everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant stay close to the city.'
