'When we got checked in, our room smelled like smoke. When I requested to be moved to a different room, it still had a bad smell to it. I then woke up at 6 am to water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention, the people above me had their 3 BIG dogs running back and forth until after midnight. I’ve never had these kinds of issues anywhere so I am honestly in disbelief at the lack of proper maintenance and unprofessionalism. 'Extremely run down. I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to help me at the front desk. My shower did not work and I could only run a bath. The bath tub had a crack and hole in it. Everything was dirty, floor, walls…everywhere. I felt like I was staying in a drug house. There are stains all over the carpet. The pool and spa were closed. The pop machine didn’t work. Gross and I will never ever stay in one of these hotels ever again!'

'From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff were extremely cordial and helpful. I do my fair share of traveling and there's usually one or two shining stars but here, everybody I encountered made me feel as if I was their focus.'

'Went there for family matter and graduation. Check-in process was quite uneventful. In general the hotel is quiet including bedrooms area regardless the maintenance that they were doing that day. We arrived on a Friday of a graduation weekend so it’s pretty busy but everything is in order. The neighbourhood. (Battle Ground) is very quiet and quite safe, although they do lock the main entrance at night. Room is clean, a/c is very much easy to use without loud noise or broken features....

'This property was very clean, the rooms were spacious and just as advertised. The staff was beyond amazing and helpful. They truly made the stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing and they rotate sausage and bacon and that's awesome. They pool and hot tub were so nice. My kids played everyday.'
