'Great overall experience'

'Staff was so kind, I had left a light on in my car overnight and they called to let me know and offered a late check out for waking me up. Fun spot with lots of food options and comfy beds.'

'The room was clean and despite the building being around for awhile, the “resort feel” around the pool and the views looking out at the River were great. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool area. Not sure if it’s the case for every room but our bed was pretty uncomfortable and sunken in the middle so we didn’t sleep the best. But the staff was nice and the grounds are massive and beautiful so if we could ensure the bed was better I’m sure we’d come again in the future.'

'My family and I stayed here for just one night, and it was adequate for a quick stopover. The hotel and rooms were clean enough, though the room itself was on the smaller side compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Our room also didn't have a very pleasant view. On the positive side, the parking was adequate and fine for our needs. However, the breakfast was a bit lacking compared to what you usually get at similar hotels. 'I was very nervous driving up to place as it was infested with homeless people . I did not like the location. In fact I had wanted to stay at a different Comfort inn but somehow the person I talked with put me in that location. I was not happy when I arrived and saw that it was a different hotel than the one I had requested'

'When we got checked in, our room smelled like smoke. When I requested to be moved to a different room, it still had a bad smell to it. I then woke up at 6 am to water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention, the people above me had their 3 BIG dogs running back and forth until after midnight. I’ve never had these kinds of issues anywhere so I am honestly in disbelief at the lack of proper maintenance and unprofessionalism.
