'Everything was great! I hardly say that about a hotel but out stay was perfect. We even enjoyed the hotel food and our waitress April was the perfect addition. I couldn’t leave without giving her a hug. We will definitely be back. '

'The staff is wonderful. Check-in was a breeze and very courteous. Diana at the bistro made my evening by correcting my meal. It made all the difference after a long drive from Charleston, SC. The room was clean but could stand a bit of updating. Furniture is a bit beat up. Beds were not made to Marriott standards, even if it is a Courtyard. For downtown Norfolk, I expect a bit more.'

'So unfortunately I have to stay here until my place is ready to move in. So they decided to take the room off the websites. They first stopped selling the room by the week. Then they decided to take it off the website. Which they should be grateful for ppl actually paying to stay here. They cancel reservations when you request to pay at property. It’s also not refundable. '
