'Clean room, dangerous environment '

'Do not, I repeat DO NOT stay at this property. I had a day trip to Virginia and needed a quick place to stay. When I arrived first red flag were kids playing in the parking lot. Not to say that they can’t play, but it was obvious these kids lived at the property. When I got inside the room, it smelled like cigarettes, the beds were just mattresses on spring frames, pillows were different sizes, bathroom was dirty. Even though the surface of the bed didn’t have any stains, if I had a black light...

'The sheets had not been changed but the bed was made up. Sheets were full of hair and sand. Horrible place. Never another Econo Lodge! '

'Was a last minute for this booking, I guess we got the old room instead of a newer room the linen on bed could have been little cleaner was stains all over sheets could not sleep on it had to buy sheets to relax. The towels need to be replaced stains and everything on the towels just not a good experience for me and my family.'

'The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!'

'Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am. '

'The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and they had a meet n greet for the guests which was such a pleasant surprise. I love the emphasis on community and coming together. Great job! I would absolutely stay here again and i am already planning my next trip. '

'Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though.'

' there was no hot breakfast available neither coffee or hot items like eggs. I want a refund for breakfast not being available. I I had to go get breakfast separately at a restaurant which made my available time limited before my meeting. '

'The room had furniture that was badly stained & really dingy wash clothes. Even for the price that seems ridiculous. '

'The AC worked well. The room was underwhelming. They need to upgrade the rooms, they are very outdated. Only 1 light worked in my room. The fridge was not clean, the room overall didn’t feel clean but it seemed like the best that could be done. The shower position resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor. The elevator looked like a death trap. I even got stuck riding up and down as it failed to open on the 3rd floor, where my room was. '

'Most of the staff here is amazing.However , they are unaware of things that go on here in this hotel , and I think it's time that they figured them out. Management team is so blind here.They let their staff go in the room where they put the laundry and they let them smoke drugs , not just cigarettes , but drugs. They make their guest stand off the property, but they let their hotel staff smoke drugs here, or at least that's what Jay does and Ur, which is the maintenance man.\nIs up at the front...
