'The whole family loved this place. The breakfast experience was amazing. Very attentive staff greets you with a smile. Right on the boardwalk, great view of the ocean from the balcony and indoor swimming pool. We will definitely be at the Coastal.

The daily pass lets you ride the trolley all day or the bus anywhere in the area. On the strip doughboys was great. 'It was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just can’t get a better place to stay!'

Location was convenient and the hotel had a store attached and restaurant, so you didnt have to go far for food or any last minute necessities. You also get 15% off your meal, at the restaurant, if you're staying at the hotel (food was soo good btw).
Overall, our stay was excellent. Nothing to complain about and we stayed there for a week!'

'We had a great experience. My spouse has mobility issues and therefore we booked a handicapped room. There was a bar in the tub but no collapsible seat. That would be awesome if this could be an added feature. All in all a great getaway!'

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
