'Paid for a six night stay in full. Left a day early due to loud construction that starts at 6:30 am every morning. Was charged without notice a $294 early departure fee. When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. When I asked Hilton they said I need to read the fine print on website. I asked the representative Alex to send that to me and he said he couldn’t to look at website. Be aware loud construction...

'The floors were absolutely disgusting immediately turning the bottoms of your feet black. Towels and mattresses all had stains on them. There’s literally one elevator that the staff and guests have to share making it clog up immediately and if you choose to take the stairs you’re greeted by a filthy hallway full of trash that smells like urine.'

'Room was clean for the most part. Some places needed dusting. I was a little put out by the spilled stains on the mattress itself and the pillows as well. That was gross. Good thing I bring my own pillows. I was even given a damp unclean towel. Had to ask for more the next day. The sound travels. 'Keep in mind that you are here for the oceanfront! PROS-The view from our 7th floor was spectacular. The room itself was a good size for 2 people, and the bed was quite comfy. The shower/tub was plenty big with nice hot water and good pressure. Check in and check out was easy. The parking garage is very convenient, but take note-it is $20 per day to park. 'The property is very clean , the best part was the pool and the refrigerator. The breakfast options was horrible and also the bathrooms are extremely small like cubby space, the rooms are similar to booking a motel and for the price I don’t think was adequately okay for the price I paid.'

'El vierto apestaba a humedad las sábanas estaban manchadas la alfombra literalmente sucia el piso del bano lleno de pelos 2 toallas para secarse manchadas. Es triste viajar desde Arkansas a un lugar tan sucio. Y luego todo estaba lleno y nos tuvimos que quedar hay pues era lo único que teníamos seguro. Ojalá y me reembolsaran aunque sea la mitad de mi dinero por que 500 dólares por 2 días está mal. Para el lugar tan feo.'

'Staff at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful when resolving some of the issues we encountered (internet was off several times, ice machine on the 3rd floor not operational, no breakfast). The place is ok for the price, has a nice pool, and it’s not too far from the beach and restaurants, but it needs maintenance. Also, our room was connected to another through lockable doors and we could hear what was going on in the other room (we didn’t know these people). Overall good value for money...
