'Paid for a six night stay in full. Left a day early due to loud construction that starts at 6:30 am every morning. Was charged without notice a $294 early departure fee. When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. When I asked Hilton they said I need to read the fine print on website. I asked the representative Alex to send that to me and he said he couldn’t to look at website. Be aware loud construction...

I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. 'Toliet did not work.'

'Beautiful location buffet Great room was huge and well done'

'The floors were absolutely disgusting immediately turning the bottoms of your feet black. Towels and mattresses all had stains on them. There’s literally one elevator that the staff and guests have to share making it clog up immediately and if you choose to take the stairs you’re greeted by a filthy hallway full of trash that smells like urine.'

'Great little bed and breakfast. Loved the room and how clean everything was. Also great that the cottage was super close to the beach and provided beach towels for guests. Cottage also provided breakfast and parking. Would love to stay again!'

'There was like no help at all'

'This has a mix of overnight, short term, and mid term rentals. All employees were great and very kind. The location was only 18 minutes to the beach and had great food and stores near by.'

'The property is a five-block safe walk to the beach. The buffet breakfast food was simply delicious.'

'You can see where they tried to update. The stains on the linens and furniture were gross! The ceiling was leaking in our room! No soap or toothpaste if you don’t bring your own. If it were cleaner it would’ve been better!'

'This is NOT the place to stay, this was in a lowincome neighborhood , people legit lived here, low income people who you would assume would break into your car lived in here , this is not the place for you to stay at , me and my boyfriend were never in here thank God cause we only got this place to legit sleep in , THE TOWELS HAD PUBIC HAIR ON IT, i used the towels as floor mats, we used sandals to stand in the shower, the shower was stained and dirty, the sheets were stained, luckily i did NOT...

'This was a lovely property right on the ocean. Our room was clean, the staff was wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed an economical stay with a gorgeous view right in the midst of Virginia Beach activity and shopping. For anyone with pets, this hotel can accommodate furry visitors (we didn't have one, but like that that is an option for people traveling with their pets). The pool looked nice, I stuck my toes in, but was tired after swimming in the ocean. Thank you for a great stay!'
