'Chase’s place is located centrally to many restaurants, coffee shops, and the new Atlantic Park complex. It is also in the middle of the Vibe District. If you enjoy art, this is a great section to stay in. The house is very nice with comfortable accommodations. Even though we only traveled with three people, the house has sleeping arrangements for a large group. If you are traveling with pets, the neighborhood is very walkable and there is a small grass area behind the property near the parking....

'Off street parking was a plus. Nice amenities including beach going stuff.House was clean and the host was extremely accessible. Plenty of beds and baths for all. Everything was done with comfort / beach vacation in mind. This place is right off Atlantic Ave where all the night life and shops are. Short walk to the beach. Well worth the memories we created. It did not disappoint. The sunrises were the best.'

'House was very clean, and a perfect location! Yun had everything you would need for going to the beach, toys, a wagon, chairs, a ton of towels. There were a lot of stairs, with it being 3 floors, but nobody complained, we definitely all got our steps in'

'Quite location. Ramp to launch kayaks vs struggling with a dock and tide changes. Host very responsive. Clean and lots of cooking items and utensils. Easy walk to the beach. Nice to have access to beach chairs, a cart and beach towels. Fenced side yard made it easy to contain our dog.'
