'The house was perfect for our week-long stay in VA Beach for our family reunion. Beautiful, modern open space that was very comfortable and clean. We were 4 adults, a 9month old and a dog and we all had plenty of space. Even the dog loved it and the fenced in yard was perfect for her. The owner was very responsive to our requests and questions. We would definitely recommend!'

The one drawback is a lack of outlets in the bedroom by the bed. If you use a CPAP machine like I do, and then two people wish to charge their phones overnight by the bed, bring a small powerstrip for extended outlets. 'My family of three stayed for a week in the peak season. The location and house were great. We don’t like when the beach is crazy busy, and this spot was perfect. The house included enough basics that we didn’t really need to use what we brought, save a couple items we preferred our own over what was there.We had an issue with the hot water, which we contacted the owner about halfway through our stay. They got a plumber out quickly but they weren’t able to fully solve the issue during our stay....

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
