'We enjoyed our stay. The property, the view and location were nice. The only negative was the Mongols motorcycle club convention that was going on in the area. Having bikers standing guard on every corner, with the restaurants full of Mongols carrying large knifes, was uncomfortable on vacation with kids. I assume that this was just bad timing and would normally not be an issue. There were no issues though, just a comfort thing.'

'On the quieter end of boardwalk, this place was perfect for a retreat while still close to all of the action. We stayed during a music festival and the views and sound from stage on the beach were incredible from the balcony. Great communication with host and everything was as described with no issues. 'Absolutely loved Sandbridge Beach and this property. Beaches just a short walk in a nice upscale neighborhood. Small grocery nearby but a quick drive to Food Lion and others and tons of restaurants. Property has a well equipped kitchen, good comfy bed, and lovely furnishings. Can hear a few footsteps upstairs but nothing loud. Owners were excellent communicators. Ants a bit of an issue but we were just careful not to leave spills or crumbs. Loved our stay and highly recommend.'

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
