Guest access

A limited number of additional parking spaces on a 1st come 1st served basis with the (1) provided parking pass. When those spaces are all used, you can rent additional spaces from the city on either 4th Street or in the 9th street garage for your second car.

For beach days, complimentary chairs and umbrellas are provided in the condo's closet.
