Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels). 'Living room rug hasn't been vacuum in a while and pets have definitely stayed there! Rug has stains and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Penthouse is ok but show signs of wear and tear and needs to be painted especially the doors and baseboards'

'Property was very clean and exactly as the ad described. The host gave detailed instructions on parking and how to access the condo and was very easy to reach if I had questions. The large balcony was a great space to have coffee in the morning and listen to birds while looking over the back bay and the sunsets were spectacular. Would highly recommend this booking'
