'Bathroom was pretty small compared to the size of the room. This hotel avoided some of my hotel pet peeves. Sometimes you end up in a hotel with the AC set to freezing and can't switch it off, but not here. AC works well and it was possible to fully control the temperature and fan speed. Another thing I can't stand is when there are stickers all over the bathroom about reusing your towels but then when you do hang it to reuse it housekeeping still changes it out anyway. None of that nonsense...

'Three nights stay. All the staff were so friendly & helpful. Valet was super easy, again all the guys were really friendly & helpful. Room was clean & exactly as advertised. Pool was lovely & clean. Great views. We never made it to Bryd. Ate at the bar in the lobby, cocktails were good & food was really nice. Morning coffees were great too. Location - really close to VCU.
