'We really enjoyed our stay at Lynx Lodge. The home was cozy, comfortable and had amazing views!! We were in town having a "Cousin's Weekend" in Massanutten. We were able to also have some family members over who were staying in other rentals in the area for a game night. The house had plenty of space to accommodate the 10 of us staying the home and additional guests without feeling cramped. We really appreciated Mac and Mary being open to our other cousins joining us for dinner and game...

'We were in town for my daughter‘s college graduation. I had family coming in from Pennsylvania and Iowa and this property was perfect for our gathering! We went fishing in the pond, roasted hot dogs over the fire, and sat in the hot tub. The lodge was very large and there was more than enough room to socialize and celebrate. The lodge is beautiful and the grounds were peaceful. I highly recommend the lodge!'

'This place was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The pool was great and we were able to go fishing at the lake too! The hike is tough for older people, but we loved it! It made us feel right at home. You cant forget the million dollar view of the lake, the mountains and the sunset! We hope to go again next year. Thanks Terry'

'We stayed at Campfire Hideaway for 5 days with 4 adults and 4 teens, 2 families. This home is beautiful and laid out nicely. We were able to separate the adults from the kids. Everyone had compliments about the home decor.The house was stocked nicely with supplies and everything we needed to cook, clean, bathe, etc. The teens loved the game room and just having the space to make up their own games. 'This was the perfect family reunion house. We loved it so much we are planning to come back in the future - we have never done a repeat before. What makes this house great: large gathering spaces. The entire family would gather on the front porch under the fans and have morning coffee. The entire family could have dinner at one table (we had 14 people). The grounds were so peaceful. "Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
