'It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay.'

'This property was clean and fresh and well appointed. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed to pull off a wonderful holiday meal. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs over the years and the supplies provided here were plentiful, especially when compared to the meager supplies other hosts have provided. The host was exceptionally responsive and professional. If we were to visit the Williamsburg area in the future, I would definitely want to stay here...

'The house was perfect. But, There weren’t enough towels so bring your own. There were not enough warm blankets so bring your own. Bring you hair dryer if you need one. The sheets are cheap polyester. The furniture was cheap ikea specials. Usually, I have experienced luxury at a VRBO but this place was lacking. The yard is good for older kids. '

'We stayed over Thanksgiving with four couples and four children. The home was okay for a large family gathering, but there were several issues.We are a family who enjoys cooking together and the kitchen was not well outfitted for large gatherings who plan on that. You will need to bring large baking/roasting pans (there were a couple of mid sized baking dishes) and mid sized mixing/serving dishes (there was only one huge mixing bowl plus cereal bowls). 'Wonderful house and property; spacious, clean, well-equipped. Internet connection was flawless. Home theater was a nice touch. Excellent refrigerator and freezer space with two in kitchen area. Guest house was very helpful. Property well maintained and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best things in our experience was the availability of the host who responded to our concerns an inquiries super quick and was always helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to others.'
