'We took our twin daughters up for a few days to have fun at Busch Gardens. This house was perfect for everything that we wanted! The girls each took a friend, so the 4 girls took over the bedrooms upstairs. We mostly ate at the house & the fully was more stocked than I expected!I don’t even know if I can list any constructive criticism. I was a perfect 3 night get away '

'Great stay - appreciated that it was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen items. We especially loved the pool. You will hear the dogs barking at the pet resort next door, but overall it didn't bother us and we liked watching the dogs arrive in the mornings. Would stay again!'

'Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice.'

'We’ve reserved the property months in advance and received a confirmation. When we went to check in to the property, the resort did not have a reservation. When I contacted the homeowner, I was told “yes, that is a problem. I’ve been meaning to talk to them about that.“ We ended up not being able to stay there and had to drive three hours home.'

'The host who owns the property was excellent, responsive, and easy to work with. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome as the resort is managed by Hilton and the reservation didn't come up right away because I made the plans through VRBO. When check-in was complete, they sent me over to a salesperson to try and get me to sign on for a promotional extra night and listen to their sales pitch. I don't hold the VRBO host responsible for this, though. :)The space was really nice. We only...

'Good spot for us with four adults And two children. The kitchens are woefully inadequate for cooking in terms of bowls and other cooking instruments. Dishwasher was loose from the countertop and we asked them to repair it and it never was. It still worked but it could fall forward on someone Bring your own specialty stuff'
