'Super friendly hosts! The little touches and details made all the difference. From the basket of towels and sandals for the hot tub, to the welcome book full of local food and fun, you can tell they really care if their guests enjoys their stay! 'We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. '

'This house was perfect for our family reunion. We had ages ranging from older adults to six years old and everyone commented about how they loved this house. The owners are very communicative and set up the sleeping arrangements perfectly. It’s ideally situated to do all the fun things around and we would definitely stay here again! '

'We took our twin daughters up for a few days to have fun at Busch Gardens. This house was perfect for everything that we wanted! The girls each took a friend, so the 4 girls took over the bedrooms upstairs. We mostly ate at the house & the fully was more stocked than I expected!I don’t even know if I can list any constructive criticism. I was a perfect 3 night get away '

'The host who owns the property was excellent, responsive, and easy to work with. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome as the resort is managed by Hilton and the reservation didn't come up right away because I made the plans through VRBO. When check-in was complete, they sent me over to a salesperson to try and get me to sign on for a promotional extra night and listen to their sales pitch. "Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het erg dichtbij pretpark Busch Gardens Williamsburg ligt. De kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen prima. Echter zat er wel een grote gele vlek in het beddengoed en een oude bloedvlek. Medewerkers waren ook niet allemaal even vriendelijk."

"Hotel op een relatief rustige plek, maar toch overal goed dichtbij. Ruime parkeergelegenheid, onze kamer op de bovenste was ruim, verzorgd, en schoon. Lijkt er sterk op dat het hotel recentelijk gerenoveerd is. Fijn verblijf gehad."
