'Room was clean and bed was fantastic. Had problem at check in since office is closed on Sundays and I hadn’t been texted the info needed to get into my room. Called the emergency number listed on the office door and received the needed info. But then it wasn’t clear which building my room was in; wasted time trying to find it when the inclusion of a map would have helped. '

'It's a beautiful space. The host was super helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The location is great. We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends and family.'

'The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...

'The apartment and location were excellent. Bedding was comfortable, and apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 who needs our own sleep space when traveling! Our only complaint was that the TVs weren’t working. The one in the living room was supposed to be a Roku tv, but would never connect to the internet.
