'The room was very clean, the hotel itself was clean. The “ocean front view” was amazing! The only 2 issues: 1. we were given the wrong room to start and they tried to tell us they didn’t have the correct room available. They did get the reservation fixed. 2. The elevators. One was down our entire stay. The other ended up breaking down our second day there and we had to use the stairs. I was on the 9th floor. '⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everyone made us feel like valued guests. Our accommodations were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. 'I did not see the need to pay for daily parking. If the facility was in a congested area with limited parking then maybe. Other hotels of similar quality did not charge for parking. So when your ad says what you see is what you pay this is incorrect.'
