'Arrived in the evening and something was immediately on my radar about this hotel and it's inhabitants. Got in our first room 225 and the air conditioning was leaking on he carpet and making a very, very loud noise and would shut off. It was a very hot day and we needed a room with air condition. The bath room had a major slit in the ceiling covered with painters tape, the bathroom was immaculate. 'Room was great. Clean and quiet. The rest of the building is in disrepair. Giant fans to recover from water damage were going in the lobby at all hours. Sign on ice maker on second floor said it was inoperative and to use the machines on 3 or 5. I took the only operating elevator (the other one was out of service) to the 3rd floor which was completely torn apart installing new lan wiring throughout. Huge bundles of cat 6 cables hung down from the ceiling about every three feet giving the place...
