'This hotel is in disrepair. Repairs and improvements being done are sub-par or below amature. The front sign isn't on at night, so the place is hard to find when the sun goes down. 'I am very unhappy with the experience I had staying here, everything seemed perfectly normal until I noticed the soap dispenser was completely broken off the wall. Secondly, found a total of 3-4 small roaches on the floor, bed was completely fine. When I asked the staff about getting another room or refund, they told me no refunds and that there were no other rooms available, which I find very hard to believe considering the lack of cars on the premises... Definitely recommend spending a few...

'We stayed Friday & Saturday night. We had to use our room towels for the pool Friday and Saturday. Housekeeping never came to our room on Saturday morning, so we spent the entire weekend with the same wet towels and not coffee or tea. The place seemed clean and so did the pool. the pool was never stocked with towels. breakfast we very good. Also, they charged the 50.00 deposit when we checked in and when we checked out. We are still waiting for the deposit back.'

'I stayed in the Quality Inn multiple times earlier. This time, my experience was bad. The bed linens were dirty and ripped. The washroom toilet was leaking continuously. The air conditioner cover was open!! Window blinds had fungal spots. The floor was dirty. It was very unpleasant to stay one night with the family and young kids. The breakfast option was limited (only waffles, apples, yogurt, cereals, coffee, and orange juice). The breakfast experience was not as expected (buffet advertisement...

'Had to do a late check in, was given a room that had water leaking, smelled extremely musty and the floors were wet. Never had such an experience. Had to move rooms again late at night and the staff was barely apologetic. I do not understand how such a room could be rented out especially when the assumption is that rooms are checked and cleaned before giving out to someone. Would not recommend. Mold exposure is not what I expect from a paid hotel stay.'

'De eerste kamer was niet schoongemaakt. Bed was wel opgemaakt maar er waren vlekken in de lakens. Er lagen haren in het bed alsmede lag er nog ondergoed in het bed. De vloer was vettig. Na de klacht kregen we een andere kamer. Ik twijfel eraan of de lakens van dat verschoon waren.Vloer was wederom vettig.'

'Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired.
