'Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!'

'This property has a traditional and country club vibe. It sits on 20 acres which would be lovely for a wedding or event. It’s obviously an older property but has been kept well. It was pretty empty when we arrived for an overnight stay and the cars are parked behind the building to the right when you drive up. We did not partake in dinner or breakfast.'

'The property overall was clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and also very clean, with comfortable beds and a sizable bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the rooms, along with a freezer slot in the fridge.'

'Our room didn't have a smoke detector battery that's unsafe . one of the staff was helpful when we first checked in 2nd day was a other man yelled at us asking for towels. i was going ask for my money back but me and my husband made it WORK .... breakfast food was a 0000000/10 .... Sausages wasn't DONE AT ALL ! if you not going cook the food right don't have HOT BREAKFAST !'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'I reserved 3 rooms in October in preparation for celebrating a family graduation. My room did not have a working TV and a toilet that was unstable and sounded like it was ready to fall over. The front desk took note of our issue and promised a maintenance person would check it out. We constantly checked with front desk to find out the status of fixing our issues. No one ever did address our issues or followed up. The next morning they called to say the room with 2 queens, reserved 7 months prior...

'Hotel and rooms clean. Not the most modern of bathroom, but it was clean and had plenty of supplies. The Staff were helpful upon check in, check out and inbetween. Breakfast was pretty good. It would have been nice to have some yogurt at breakfast. The rest of the food was ample. There was plenty of lit parking.'

'The bad: bathroom tub and toilet lid had all the paint cracking off. Also not very clean. I put a towel down to shower. The bed was ok. The floor was sticky. The sliding door window from the floor level was NOT locked so that was concerning. A whole person fits through those windows from the back parking lot. The good: the fridge was a decent size and it has a microwave. Ice was located nearby. Property was easy to locate. The front desk was nice. Overall not great but if its just for one...

'Clean room'

'Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the entire stay. When I asked for additional towels, I was given an attitude. When I explained the room situation I did not get an apology. Nice location.'
