'The checkin was easy. The staff quickly got extra towels when I needed more. They were helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed our stay there. The staff were super nice and friendly. 'My first room 501 was in perfect condition. Due to the thunderstorm, my power was flickering in my room, and my TV went out. The front desk said to give it 20 minutes, so I waited about an hour, and the TV was still not working. I requested a new room, she put me on the second floor room 208, and that room looked used and not very clean. Bed had stains, towels looked touched, counters weren't wiped, the coffee machine was dirty, toilet seat was up and slightly dirty. I requested 3rd or 4th floor...
