I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

When we needed to extend our stay for an extra night, Jerome made it so easy and he was so pleasant to deal with. The service at the Bistro was also excellent! Friendly people who made us feel at home after an 11 hour drive. Thank you! '

Room was clean but it was a dirty used towel hanging on the door in the bathroom and the 3rd floor hallway leading to my room smelled horrible and the people beside us smoked and you could smell in the bathroom so had to keep the door shut. It was also a lot of different type of people may or may not been on drugs. Our neighbors also had a fight at 5AM apparently someone stole something from him. The hotel itself was not bad...
