'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!'

'Excellent accommodations - room was clean and spacious and had plenty of places to plug in phones and other devices for overnight charging. Bed was really comfortable and the layout and furnishings of the room were great. Will definitely stay here again.'

'We checked in late, as a one night sleep, during our traveling south vacation. The room had everything that was advertised but wasn't as new or clean as the pictures convey. Our one queen bed was so worn out that my wife slept in a hole and I did a balancing sleep on the edge of bed trying to not fall in the hole on top of her. 'Ac worked well, but the smell of the room was awful. Even though a non smoking room was selected the room wreaked of cigarettes. The tv and internet didnt work well enough to stream any shows. No microwave in the room as mentioned. On the final night i am certain i saw a roach in the bathroom. So be aware of that issue as a possibility. '

'Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures'

'The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.'

'Parking was fine they said they had hot tub or jets in the tub there were none the hotel needs serious repair needs. The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been changed, the shower head barely trickled water, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls at there seams, it was just not at all what the photos shown and was the worst I had ever seen.'

'No breakfast foods, only mediocre coffee. Very skimpy on toiletries. The mattress slumped and the pillows were very small. '
