The staff were very kind and polite. However, when we walked up to our condo unit, there were cobwebs and dead bugs and dried leaves around the exterior door—not a pleasant way to enter a space.
The inside of the unit was clean, but everything was dated and old and the curtains were faded. We stayed as a family of 4, and when we went to take our showers, they only had to wash cloths. When I called housekeeping to ask two more, they said that they had run out. 😟 We don’t plan to return.
