'The kind manager greeted me right away and he went beyond the call of duty to show me room options and explain everything clearly. The room was fine for my overnite stay. I rested well and the location was very convenient for my birding activities in the Brownsville area. No complaints from me.'

'First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter'
