'This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all.'

'Absolutely the best stay I’ve had on my travels yet. Outstanding views of KL at a great price throughly enjoyed from this comfortable apartment that has everything you could possibly need. 'Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. '

'Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. '

'There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

'This property is located in a new housing area, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from shop lot and a shopping mall nearby, many restaurant available. The property is very clean and tidy, cosy and big space for big group, 4 rooms with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and each room with private bathroom. The dissatisfied was they did not provided hair dryer, the wifi signal unstable, the handphone signal weak and unreachable inside the house maybe because of this is a new housing area. Another thing...

"De accommodatie was gekozen vanwege het feit dat we met een gezin ( met tieners) in een kamer konden verblijven. Een kamer met 2 slaapkamers. De schoonmakers maakten de bedden wel op als we daarom vroegen maar de rest van de kamer was niet echt schoon. De bedden waren te doen. Erg harde matras met een wat zachtere topper. Wifi gewoon goed,behalve tijdens onweer.Het meubilair is verouderd en vies. Net als in Europa drijft men op de kracht van de naam. Maar lijkt het vergane glorie. Wel centraal gelegen. Het ontbijt was zo zo, niet continentaal maar erg afgestemd op de regio. Dat is logisch natuurlijk en prima. Volgende keer gewoon een appartement huren in Kuala Lumpur is beter. Je verwacht van Pullman een bepaalde beleving en dat is er niet."

The entire team of KL Journal Hotel is very friendly and helpful, even our anniversary has not been forgotten Thank you Rohaizad and the entire team for this unforgettable experience and surprise. We will not forget this. Another great plus of this hotel is that there is a free snack time between 3 and 5 pm, very nice of this hotel! and also if you have an early excursion, the team of this hotel ensures that you get a take-away breakfast. Fantastically arranged! I can recommend this hotel to everyone."
