'We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grand Lexis Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the attention and friendliness towards our children were incredible. The staff went out of their way to make sure our kids felt right at home. They even received a special welcome package, and everywhere we went, they were greeted with a smile.

'Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. '
