'This is the cutest little property. Very cozy and inviting. It was nice to be out of downtown St.John’s but still within walking distance. Quidi Vidi is a perfect little community. All the amenities we needed were in the room. They even had ground coffee for us ready to go, however I thought it to be unsanitary to have the little scoop left in the container. Not sure when the last time that was washed. My only real complaint was the sub par cleanliness. I ended up buying a pack of Lysol wipes...

'The location is very convenient, close to downtown, close to a grocey store (Sobey 2 min drive) and a nice cafe (Postmaster cafe, 4 min drive). The host was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.'

It's reasonably close to downtown, easy walking distance to the George St. area.All in all, we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in St. John's.'

'The house is in nice location. Had issues with the door lock but the owner quickly replaced it when we advised. The house is very clean and has quality bedding and towels. The supplies in kitchen are minimal and no instructions on how to use the RokuTV, which was a challenge. Also not aware that tenants also occupied a portion of the basement, which was not expecting. Overall it is a nice house.'

'There were not enough towels for 2 people nor enough bedding. When I called about this I was told that they'd bring more the next day!! The place might have been fine if there was appropriate basics. The upstairs sofa bed is barely even a bed and is just a foamy. The interior needs more repair. Stairs were not safe and are just layers of plywood that are separating. We wound up going over to the Sheraton and stayed there instead. They saved our trip!!! Now I have to try a get my money back.
