'A clean environment, helpful staff. A few inadequate areas: lack of restaurant staff, over looking some room cleaning areas (refill of bathroom containers), uncomfortable chair in room. Any issues were addressed quickly, once reported.'

'Great location. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel had awesome classic rock vibe. The pool, hot tub and sauna were the best I have ever been to in a hotel and change rooms were like being at a spa. Close walk to George street pubs for live music every night. Also close to walking along the waterfront to see the big ships and fishing boats. Had a great time thank you.'

'Please spend the extra money and stay elsewhere!. There were ants in my room, what im sure was mold given all the black in the shower caulking and shower curtain. And the smell, I cant even describe how dank and icky it was. Thankfully was only there for a few hours before catching a flights and woke up completely congested. Rooms are very dated as well. Shared all these concerns and staff said..... oh sorry'

'Very dirty and run down in rooms and in amenities (pool, workout rooms) - rust, peeling paint, holes in walls, workout room with garbage on floors and no cleaning supplies for equipment post work out. Pool area very dark and poorly maintained - looks NOTHING like the pictures online. Very disappointing. Walkable to the sights but that doesn't make up for the decrepitude of the hotel itself. The lobby has clearly been remodelled and looks good, but time to spread the love to the rest of the...

'We vonden ontvangst beetje koeltjes, wat later wel iets beter werd. We kregen een kamer op de 4e etage, een suite, dat woord vonden we iets overdreven, de lift ging tot de 3e! Als je meerdere dagen blijft is dat wel een ding met zware koffers. Het bed was echt een drama. Netjes was het wel, het had een bepaalde uitstraling, iets wat gedateerd. In het toilet staat het water zo hoog dat je hand soms nat werd. Ontbijt, niet echt bijster goed.Geen brood/broodjes soms verpakte croissants, geen...

'First time travelling with an adult with limited mobility. The hotel let us use their wheel chair for the day, which was awesome! No air conditioning in the room - or at least it wasn't working, the fan came on the first night during the night but not at all the second night so no air movement at all even with the window open. Room was a little small for 4 adults.'
