Word wakker met het geluid van de golven van de oceaan en geniet van uw koffie met uitzicht op de oceaan. Sluit de dag af met een zachte duik in uw persoonlijke verwarmde zwembad met een raam naar de zee. Gloednieuw Modpools zwembad en bubbelbad genesteld in een luchtig 1200 vierkante meter zeezicht dekken 15 voet boven het zand. Een natte bar in de buitenlucht, inclusief een koelkast voor drankjes en een ijsmachine, zal u en het gezin verleiden om te ontspannen terwijl de zon ondergaat en de kleintjes spelen in het kindvriendelijke zwembad van 5 voet diep met 3 panoramische onderwaterramen met uitzicht op de oceaan. Automatisch intrekbare hoes zorgt voor een veilige omgeving en houdt het water altijd kristalhelder. Met het Sonos-systeem in de buitenlucht kunt u genieten van zachte deuntjes op het dek en in de tweedimensionale tweekoppige buitendouche met open dak.

Binnen op de bovenste verdieping bevindt zich de slaapkamer "Grand Master" met glazen wanden met een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit uw queensize hemelbed, een speciaal Sonos-luidsprekersysteem, ingebouwde airco en een slimme ventilator van Haiku. Verstopt achter een verschuifbaar teruggewonnen houten paneel is een ensuite badkamer met Japans vrijstaand bad dat u wacht na een lange dag op het strand. De ensuite badkamer "Grand Master" heeft een grote dubbele wastafel voor hem en haar.

Uw gezin kan ontspannen in de royale leefruimte met een 65 "4K smart tv en Sonos-soundbar of buiten op het bovendek aan de eettafel voor 12 personen. De woonkamer is luchtig en open, met een hoog, dramatisch schuin plafond met zichtbare balken, architecturale kabelrailtrap en drie grote glazen schuifdeuren naar een zonnig terras op de bovenste verdieping. Twee vrijdragende parasols op het dek houden u in de schaduw als de zon overdag heet wordt. Direct naast de woonkamer heeft het eetgedeelte ook een uitschuifbare tafel voor 12 personen.

De nieuw gebouwde roestvrijstalen chef's keuken wordt geleverd met witte kwarts werkbladen en een 64 "enorme koelkast en vriezer waarmee u uw verblijf kunt aanvullen. Kies ervoor om uw maaltijden binnen te bereiden met een professioneel inductiebereik of buiten op de 7-brander Weber-grill in ons 400sf bovendek met uitzicht op de oceaan. Veel kook- en bakbenodigdheden met keukengerei zijn inbegrepen voor uw gebruik om uw verblijf nog huiselijker te maken. Geniet van handsfree kookhulp en muziekbesturing met de Amazon Echo Show, handig op het aanrecht.

Wanneer het tijd is om met pensioen te gaan, zal iedereen zich comfortabel voelen (12 personen). De slaapkamer "Sea Glass Master" (beneden) heeft een ingebouwde airco, Haiku slimme ventilator en heeft ook een en-suite badkamer met frameloze glazen regendouche gecombineerd met een Europese handdouchestaaf boven een echte Fire Island met de hand verzameld, tuimelde rotsvloer.

Extra gastvrije 3 slaapkamers laten uw uitgebreide familie genieten van de magie van Fire Island binnen hun eigen ruimte (inclusief 1 queen "Surf Room", 2 twins "Deer Room" en een "Bunk Room" met 4 tweelingen - kinderen speelgoed en spelletjes inbegrepen) . Elke kamer heeft een Haiku Smart-plafondventilator, ingebouwde airco, een eigen Sonos-luidsprekersysteem en 4 ingebouwde USB-oplaadpoorten voor elektronica. Masters hebben ook extra speciale laadstations / wekkers op de nachtkastjes. Het hele huis heeft Mesh WiFi met 50/50 Fios internet voor razendsnelle snelheden.

U hoeft niet te vechten voor een van de twee buitendouches, omdat de extra badkamer op de begane grond met een bad en douche een geweldige plek is om de kinderen ook af te spoelen. Een volledig LG-wasmachine- en -droogsysteem direct naast de entreehal houdt uw kleding fris voor de komende zomerdagen.

Zich verplaatsen is eenvoudig omdat ons huis volledig is uitgerust met 6 volwassen strandcruisers (een fiets met dikke banden), 5 kinderfietsen en een extra 2 kinderdrager die aan een beachcruiser kan worden bevestigd. 12 Tommy Bahama rugzak / koelere strandstoelen, 12 speciale sneldrogende, zandvrije strandhanddoeken en 3 parasols houden je volledig op het zand. Fire Island heeft geen auto's in de zomer, dus de kinderen kunnen veilig wandelen en fietsen.

Our Stay At Windows On The Sea

The hosts Anthony and Whittney are nothing short of fabulous! They were very gracious and very responsive to all my questions. The house was in a great location being so close to the ocean and it was very clean and easy to navigate with the touch of an iPad. The heated pool was perfect for my family to gather and play. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay on Fire Island.

The location was ideal - so close to the ocean, with a small view of the waves from the pool and deck. Having the bikes was amazing. We all loved the kitchen and excellent amenities provided. Great Family Getaway

Great trip! Perfect house for my wife, 2 young kids and myself. Couldn’t keep the kids at of the pool the whole week. The online Owner’s manual provided for the house made everything very simple. Owner’s also kept in touch if there was anything we needed. Will definitely be returning for another trip next year.

Serenity by the Sea

My family and I had the best stay we could have imagined. Whitney and Anthony have thought of everything to make the stay the most comfortable and enjoyable experience for a vacation. The house is amazing with views of the ocean, an amazing pool that converts into a hot tub, every appliance you could need in the summer including an ice cream maker!, cozy beds and everything linked to a smart home system. They were available and open to communicate throughout the stay. So much so that I feel like we actually became friends! We honestly couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better house aka home because that is how they made it feel! This is the house for you if you are looking for a family retreat. Lovely house near the beach

This is a wonderful property steps from the beach. Anthony was amazing at communicating and accommodating all of our needs. The house is very nicely decorated, and has everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool and toys in spite of the very rainy and cloudy weather. Having the bikes was a huge plus. All around a wonderful place to stay. We booked it late so it was a little bit on the expensive side, but would love to go back with sunnier weather.

Amazing house with excellent hosts

The house has plenty of space for a group of friends to spend the weekend together. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions and were extremely accommodating. Before even getting here, there was plenty of information provided to us about the house and all the amenities that were provided. Anthony and Whitney have a beautiful home that is well equipped with everything you could need for a nice, relaxing getaway. The heated pool/hottub is definitely an added plus. The house is in a great location near the beach. We were surprised that the house is equipped with new bikes! My friends/family loved biking around and seeing Fire Island. Lovely and relaxing beach home

This house is very nicely and comfortably appointed in high quality throughout - including all furnishings and supplies. The beds are really comfortable! The house is very well situated for a great beach vacation. We could hear the soothing sound of waves even inside the house (or not, if we turned on the AC/fan), there's an ocean view as well as partial sunrise and sunset views - we felt immersed in nature. The hosts are readily available, friendly and very helpful with any question. It's definitely a repeat vacation location.

We loved the property so much last year we were delighted to be able to return this summer. Highlights are the large modern kitchen, the beauty and comforts of the living space and the crystal clear heated pool and hot tub. Our daughter learned to swim in the pool and we appreciated the safety of the motorized locking cover. The owners are generous and fabulously organized.

Lovely vacation spot

We were two families there for a week and everyone (including three teenagers) enjoyed the stay. The house was beautiful and in a great location! Short and pretty bike ride to shops and restaurants. It was a wonderful, relaxing get away. Anthony and Whitney were terrific hosts! Definitely recommend this house and location!

Beautiful home and great location!

I recently stayed at Windows on the Sea with a group of girlfriends all 35+ and we had the best time!!!!! The house is perfect, clean, and spacious! It has everything you could ever think of needing.. it was almost like being right at home!!! We were able to cook a dinner for 12 ladies one night and had every appliance- it was GREAT! The pool is a great feature that we enjoyed most days especially at night when it got a little chilly and could relax in the hot tub portion! We had minimal issues ( most with the sound system) but Whitney and Anthony were always available and willing to help at all times- which was really awesome! I would highly recommend to all ages and groups! Couldnt have asked for a better stay and cant wait to go back!! Dont think twice about booking this house- you will fall in love!

Outstanding stay - amazing pool and beach proximity.

We had a great stay with our family. The proximity to the beach and the pool were outstanding. The bikes were excellent and allowed us to get around the island with ease. The hosts made sure everything was addressed. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing!

Our stay at Windows was amazing! The house was set up beautifully and situated close to the beach and the restaurants and markets. The house was extremely comfortable for our family- ages 4-73! The ferry ride over was easy and fun for everyone and getting to the house was a short walk and very easy with the big wagon left at the port for us. We would love to come back soon- thank you for a special, lovely stay.

Gorgeous house with all the amenities

We had an amazing stay at this house. The deck and pool was the highlight for the kids and entertained them for hours every day. The waves were rough at the beach and was too dangerous for littles to play in during our trip, so we spent a lot of time at the pool and biking around. There were plenty of bikes, pool and beach toys that make the trip stress free w/ kids. I always find getting to the house with all your luggage and kids in tow is the hardest part of the trip- thankfully thoughtful owners left a wagon locked at the dock.
