'Very nice restaurant experience '

'Easy & safe 8 min walk to St Joseph’s Hospital (Charleton Ave) Lots of restaurants and food market nearby. Spacious accommodation with sitting area, very functional galley kitchen and comfortable bed. No hair dryer & only 4 Nespresso pods for 2 adults ( 2 night stay). Helpful communication via texts & kindly gave a later discharge time on short notice. Would definitely choose to stay again. '

'The only complaint I had was our housekeeper took our snacks: KitKat bar and pretzels (both new in packages, they were on the counter near the coffee machine) I found that very odd. '

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'This old charmer has seen better days, but the owners are obviously determined to their best under the circumstances. Our room was clean throughout, with only a slight odor of disinfectant in the hallways. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Although the menu lacked depth, the restaurant was well run and our server was excellent. The portions of both our meals exceeded expectations! 'THE HOTEL STAFF WAS GREAT. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT THE DINNER WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. 2RD FLOOR HALLWAY CARPET NEEDS CLEANING BADLY. WE HAD A KING BED SUITE AND WITH THE KITCHEN YOU COULD LIVE THERE A LONG TIME. REAL NICE FEEL TO THE PLACE.'

'Lovely experience staying there. The staff was so friendly and helpful! A big welcoming smile goes along way! Our room was dated but it was clean and accommodated us and our 4 children which was why we specifically booked this hotel as many hotels request multiple rooms to be booked and that’s never really in the budget. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool and LOVED the free cookies at the front desk. We would definitely stay there again. Thankyou! '

'Except for when ordering thru Expedia, we were A group of 4 people and only offered A King Bed. They said at the front desk that Expedia does this all the time. At the time of booking, I said said we were A group of 4, So bad on Expedia,'

'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '
