'Parking was fine. The elevator was broken and we have major problems with climbing stairs so that was an inconvenience. Breakfast was limited. She didn’t have any help and we didn’t have coffee ready, no spoons, no yogurt, no water. '

'Jill the front desk attendant was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Did not get her name but she kept the area stocked and clean the whole time even with a bunch of high school age kids coming in '

'Shower floor has slope opposite of drain so water would not drain & glass slidng door would not stay closed. Breakfast is good, nothing spectacular but good. Yogurts ran out within the 1st hour. Friends stayed in other rooms & their rooms (showers) had no issues. I would stay at this location again. '

'It’s too bad this hotel is located directly across from the train tracks. Beware it runs every 1-2 hours and all hours of the night. It is extremely loud. We stayed with our two children and got horrible sleep.'

'The parking was great. The location was convenient to everything. The staff was super friendly. The evening snack was a full meal, and breakfast was a stunning buffet. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature, and the hot tub was clean and amazing! The gym was well stocked. The bartender did virgin drinks for us and was so sweet! Overall, we LOVED our stay!'

'Only booked this for indoor pool/spa had our daughter with us …spa had green mold on floor and stairs did not turn on lukewarm water …pool was not clean either Shower had visible mold around entire caulk line shower curtain was filthy ..no beverages available cooler was out of order '

'Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows. I was only there for 1 night and just needed some rest but i couldn’t help but wonder if the rest of the linens were clean/changed or not. Breakfast was what one could...
