'The door would not lock. I reported it the morning after check in and it was not fixed. Bed was not comfortable and it took forever for the AC to cool the room down. Never, ever staying there again.'

'The rooms were clean, parking lot was big, the breakfast was good! Lots of options even for gluten free eaters like myself. My kids absolutely could not get enough of the DIY Texas shape waffle.'

'I told the front desk I was having surgery that is why I was there for 7 days. They put me on the first floor where the lobby bar is and across the hall from the staff back office. The door opens and slams closed 50 times a day. The staff are also incredibly loud. I had to keep my blackout shade down because people walk by my window which is like a motel. The air conditioner does not work and when on is so loud and then shuts off, restarting with a boom. Worst stay and what a dump. Looks nice...

'I asked for a first floor room, I checked in before 4pm. When I mentioned I had just driven 16 hours from Arizona, his reply how boring and no first rooms available. When I asked about an elevator his reply its only one flight of stairs. After several trips up the stairs, my room must of been next to a maintenance room. There was the sound of a compressor in the wall about 2 feet from the bed. It would come on and off several times during my stay. None of the staff seemed happy, no greeting. I...

'I went by to see if I could get an early check-in, but they said I could not. I told them I had plans so it would be between 10pm and midnight before I could get back. I got back at 11pm and the front desk had a pull down door over it. The lobby had 7 people waiting to check-in and a sign stating to use a kiosk to check-in to your room. It didn't work, the phone to call for assistance didn't work, and nobody answered the phone number to call if you have any problems. Someone had gotten a hotel...
