Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The staff were exceptional. Beginning with the valet, who reminded us to make sure we had our cell phones and chargers. He even asked when we would be leaving in the morning.
Front desk clerks made comments about where we came from and engaged us in conversation. Made sure to point out the amenities of the hotel and asked us if we needed more information about the nearby stores and restaurants. Instead of just handing us our keys across the desk, the front desk clerk came around to hand us our keys face to face and wished us a pleasant stay.
The room was clean and well appointed. Nice to have a wireless charging station at the bedside.
The television had a note of Welcome and my name showing when we arrived. Nice personal touch.
The bathroom was the least impressive part of the stay, but it was clean and well stocked. The shower was a little tricky to figure out, and one shower door kept opening on it's own. Pretty minor.
When we went to leave in the morning, our car was waiting for us. No waiting for the valet to retrieve it. We thought this especially helpful, as we had a plane to catch.
The hotel is beautiful. Vibrant colors in the common areas, a bar with a good variety of whiskey, and a pretty decent chocolate cake. We had the breakfast service in our room, and it arrived hot, at the time requested, and it tasted good.
We will stay at this hotel, again, and we have already recommended it to our friends. It's conveniently located near DFW airport.
