Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
I don’t usually do reviews but my room was pretty gross. Not only were there tons of nasty looking stains all over the carpet, but the floors in general were simply dirty. The bathroom was pretty gross as well. The shower Curtain was stained, the caulking in the tub looked like it was done by a child, nearly everything in the bathroom was peeling, it was simply gross.
The staff was unprofessional. The female manager who was often at the desk seemed to have a bad attitude. I went to purchase some drinks from the shop and stood waiting while she had a long conversation with someone from housekeeping.. it was in Spanish but they were giggling, and when I approached the desk she held up her finger for me to wait (which is fine), but continued to have her long conversation with housekeeping. When she was done, she turned to me and seemed annoyed and said “yes?” It just seemed really unprofessional.
The pros: the lobby was clean, the bed was comfy
