'Everything was great with the stay - hotel was very clean/ service excellent/ staff attentive But the lukewarm water made early morning showers less than ideal - otherwise great'

'The heating unit was not turned on when I entered the room so it got very chilly. When I turnd it on it was very noisy. I called the front desk a number of times but no one answered .Furthermore It also did not seem that the front desk was staffed.'
