'The room did not match the pictures online. The hotel was overall in desperate need of a renovation. We had to call three times to finally get them to bring extra towels. We asked for extra pillows on day one and we finally got them on day 3 of our stay. A picture fell off the wall in the middle of the night a hit my wife in the head. The weekend breakfast seemed like some microwaved items from Walmart. We will definitely not ever stay at this hotel again.'

'Ok, so if you’re expecting immaculate, this isn’t the place for you. However, they did clean the pool daily, the room turnover was nice with fresh towels and a made bed, and the staff was helpful. I requested a renovated room which I did receive. But The room Reno was not well done. Balcony was crumbling and the room smelled wet but that’s probably just due to the carpet in the room. It was honestly a good experience and I had already read all the other reviews so I knew in advance what to...

'Location was perfect, gated property, 3 pools, private beach area. Other apps mentioned had a private hot tub in room and really was the reason I had picked it, all though there was no hot tub I would definitely stay at this property again. Well worth it, also the company Upstay checked in with me making sure that if we needed anything they were there to help!'

'The room was clean except the 2nd day, the cleaning crew failed to replenish our towles. So I called the front desk to let them know. And they said they'll send some up, but never did. Otherwise everything else was fine. Too many small kids in the adult pool area in the hot tub.'

'Great beach access. Parking was very limited. Room was clean and well decorated. However they were no cups in the room, no coffee pot, no coffee at the restaurant in the morning, no blow dryer, you have to pay for ice. The bar had good drinks, breakfast was just ok, it was pricey for what was served. The staff was nice.'

'We had an issued with AC but they fixed it and it was cold on the first night. Furthermore, the bed was not comfortable we had ache in the following day.'

'Muren zijn flinterdun en laten lawaai van de naburige kamers door. Een hond werd urenlang alleen gelaten en blafte onophoudelijk. Kamer 111 was net maar ouderwets en aan hernieuwing toe. Airco veel te luidruchtig en kon niet ingesteld worden. De hele kamer rook muf. De bar en het eten zijn ook rijkelijk overschat. Ondanks dat er niet veel volk aanwezig was is het personeel niet vriendelijk vooral het keukenpersoneel is ronduit onvriendelijk. In de beurt zijn betere plaatsen te vinden. '

'Great lil place to stay. Not far walking from beach or any shopping place. The front counter lady was absolutely the sweetest and very helpful with information regarding island. Toilet ran all night but really no complaints cause room was cold. Grab snacks and drinks cause outside machines dont work but rooms have a fridge and microwave.'
