'I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before.'

'The breakfast was extremely limited. They only had bagels, grits, eggs, waffles, cold cereal and yogurt. They didn't have bread, which was an issue for my son who cannot chew bagels.
Upon check-in, I was slapped with an $18/day parking fee, although Expedia listed this property as offering free parking. The manager on duty was kind enough to remove the fee.'

'The location is great, I didn't think the young man at the desk was all that friendly. The hallways and stairs need to be cleaned. The room was clean, but it didn't look like it was vacuumed. The breakfast wasn't that good. I realize it is off season but the breakfast was really lacking little touches. '

'The floor of the room was completely filthy. My feet were black just by taking 6 steps forward. Not to mention they put us in the back of the hotel and the only sun light we got was a peek from inside of the car garage. The building is old, but most beach hotels are.'
