'This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Ms Lindsay at the front desk was there this check in and back in December when I was there last, and was the sweetest and so helpful both times. This stay my best friend had a knee injury prior to arrival and they were able to help with a room that was easy to manage on the first floor. My room was immaculate and can't wait to visit again.'

'Easy & safe 8 min walk to St Joseph’s Hospital (Charleton Ave) Lots of restaurants and food market nearby. Spacious accommodation with sitting area, very functional galley kitchen and comfortable bed. No hair dryer & only 4 Nespresso pods for 2 adults ( 2 night stay). Helpful communication via texts & kindly gave a later discharge time on short notice. Would definitely choose to stay again. '

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...
