We did not rent a car and were able to Uber everywhere that we wanted to go. We ordered groceries several times through a delivery service. 'Everything was perfect for our short stay. Close to dining/eateries. Close to La Jolla Village,Torrey Pines and downtown San Diego. The upstairs space is perfect for a couple.'

'Pros: The proximity to the beach and to two local coffee shops is unbeatable. The space was clean and quiet which is great for travelers with families. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Cons: No bath mats, heater didn't work, no clear parking spot directions, and the toilet seat was broken (I believe it was mentioned that it was broken already in past reviews, which means it still hasn't been fixed).'

'Really nice place on Mission Bay. Peaceful and quiet mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise. Lots of water activity (sailboats, kayaks, paddle boarders) throughout the day. Close to great restaurants, coffee, bars, the beach. The townhouse is nicely appointed and well stocked. Two parking spots were key. Never needed to move the car, everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!'

'Was nicer than the one in Oceanside we stayed at. However, I was surprised that we had to pay to park our car at the hotel. That seems a little extreme. Staff was pompous and condescending. Not smiling or happy. Would have rather of continued their conversation that we interrupted by arriving. But the room and grounds were very nice.'
