'Pretty building, but the service was very poor '

'The hotel location left a little to be desired, located in an industrial area with many homeless not far from it. My biggest shock was the $25/day parking fee.'

'The property is lovely and the room was very comfortable, however, in my opinion, the hotel should invest in nicer towels and provide glassware, utensils, basic kitchen items for the suites. We have enjoyed there and hope that the management the towels etc as mentioned. They are terrible, to be honest. The food selection and coffee is great! thank you so much,'

'We booked a king room but when we got there they immidiatly gave us a queen room. I said we did book a king room. She said i made a mistake and booked a queen room. I showed her my reservation that said king on it. She was very snippy and said there are no more king rooms. We pulled up the hotel web sit and the web site said they were advertising king rooms. No resolution even when asked for manager. Bad hotel'
