4BR slaapt 12 w / grote slaapkamer op de 1e verdieping, w / Centraal A / C is 2 blokken naar het strand en 2 blokken naar de baai (met baby strand).

Binnen: WiFi, kabel, SmartTV, volledige keuken, wasmachine en droger, bad en 2 douches binnen. Buiten: Weber Genesis grill, buitendouche, dek, omheinde privétuin.

Vier slaapkamers: MBR: 1 koning. BR2: 2 tweepersoonsbedden BR3: 1 eenpersoonsbed, BR4: 1 koningin en 1 single, 2 badkamers, 1 damestoilet.
Verschillende eetgedeelte binnen en buiten. Schaduwrijke dekken voor en achter het huis. Privé dek weg van Master BR.

Loop naar: Wawa!, Terras Tavern, Visrestaurants, Meltdown (IceCream Shop), Marvel's Bakery en nog veel meer. Het huis ligt in een gebied waar de stranden niet overbelast zijn. Er is ook een strand aan de baai 3 blokken van het huis perfect voor kleine kinderen (geen grote golven).
U zult genieten van de achtertuin, het is omheind en heeft veel ligstoelen, tafels en stoelen om te ontspannen en te entertainen op het grote terras. Dit is een geweldige plek om te genieten van een familiebarbecue.

Perfect beach week

The house was great. Lots of beds and 3 baths- open living area on first floor made our group of 8 very comfortable. Spent most of our time outside at the various tables in the fenced in yard. Short walk to bay to see sunsets and easy walk to beach- 4 blocks. Best of all was proximity to our favorite don’t, ice cream, Wawa and restaurants. No need to drive once you arrive. Also the owners were gracious to let us check in early. Thanks for a great place and week

Summer getaway.

This was a lovely home, so close to many great places. The beach was a close walk from the house. Great restaurants nearby and in walking distance. The house was spacious and comfortable. Many games were provided and books as well. The backyard was a great place to hang out with the kids. My grandkids loved the amusement park which was a close ride by car. Kathleen was easy to communicate with and very nice. We would love to return in the future.

Roomy and clean updated house

Don't hesitate to pick this house. We are 2 young families and grandparents. Had plenty of room and a decent sized yard to relax in. Neighborhood had plenty of parking. You could walk to the beach or, if you prefer, drive to the beach where you can easily park.

We rented this property for only 2 nights as we had a wedding Friday night and many of us were in the wedding. I wish I had been able to book longer. The property was amazing. The back yard was filled with chairs and tables, a great place to relax and chat. The bedrooms were big and roomy and comfortable. I slept like I was in my own bed. It’s close to the beach, the bay and you can walk to WAWA . Which everyone was glad for Saturday morning!! Thank you Kathy! I highly recommend this property!!

Perfect LBI getaway

Immaculate condition, spacious, and close to everything. I'd reccommend this rental for anyone that needs some space and wants to be in Beach Haven. I loved the easy walk to the beach and this section of the island is not overcrowded.

This house was the perfect fit for a summer beach trip with kids. We had an amazing time, and had no problem sleeping 8 kids. Newly renovated the house looks beautiful. This house is next to a lot of good restaurants and Wawa along with Elite Fitness which provides day and week passed! A short walk to the beach and bike ride to Beach Haven made this house ideal. The owner was more than kind in helping us check in and out! Will definitely be back!

The perfect LBI stay!

My friends and I were actually surprised when we walked into the house - it was even better in person than in the pictures (a backwards catfish if you will). They have done a beautiful job with it - everyone room is large and sleeps many, but the back patio area and outdoor shower are definitely the best parts. Kathy and Pat were so kind and helpful via text throughout the weekend. The location was great for first time LBI goers, and everyone we met in town was very friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Our main problem was with the cleanliness of the house. We found old masks in one bedroom and uncooked pasta on the floor in the living room. The house is in a nice location on the island but a little too far from the beach.

Great location! Spacious home!

Thank you Kathy and Patrick so much for your hospitality. The house was very bright, clean and spacious. It was large enough to fit 3 families (total of 6 adults and 6 kids) comfortably and had everything we needed to have a very nice weekend getaway . The backyard is great with lots of room for outdoor dining and the bbq is excellent - kids loved playing there. The location is great too - it’s only 2 short blocks to the beautiful beach and a block to the bay . Kathy was also so kind - even though we accidentally left the key inside the house when we checked out instead of the lock box she was very flexible and understanding about it. Thank you again so much. We enjoyed your home and LBI so much and definitely will return back in the future.
